Adoption Readiness Assessment

Assess Your Readiness. Build Your Adoption Plan

Introduction

Successful adoption starts long before training begins. During full implementations, we review your Adoption Readiness Questionnaire responses to better understand your firm's preparedness for change, communication needs, stakeholder engagement, and overall adoption risk.

Based on those responses, we recommend a tailored set of change management templates, guides, and resources from our Adoption Center aligned to your readiness profile: Low readiness, Moderate readiness, or High readiness.

The goal is not for Saifr to manage your change management program. Rather, we provide practical tools, proven frameworks, and implementation guidance that your team can customize and use in a way that best fits your culture, structure, and business objectives.

Why We Assess Readiness

Every firm approaches change differently. A one-size-fits-all adoption plan often creates unnecessary work for highly mature firms or fails to provide enough structure for firms that need additional support.

Our readiness assessment helps identify:

  • Potential adoption risks before go-live

  • Areas where additional communication may be needed

  • Leadership and manager engagement opportunities

  • Recommended levels of user training and support

  • Resources most likely to drive successful adoption

The result is a practical toolkit tailored to your firm's needs, helping your team focus its efforts where they will have the greatest impact.
